GUST's Office of Student Life (OSL) is the lead sponsor of The SEEN Conference. "We try to sponsor one important event each year that we feel really benefits the students and our community," said Anwar Al-Sabah, H
ead of OSL. "This year, we felt that the conference was that event." The conference
not only represents a collaborative effort between the student-run Media Club and faculty in the Mass
Communication Department, it also involves students by incorporating class
projects into the preparation and the promotion of the actual conference.
